• Friday, May 2^nd
• 10:00 Show entrants check in under the tent throughout the day.
• 18:00 The opening party begins on the porch at the store. Dinner is served for all show participants.
• 19:00 The Pirate Ball begins with music by Maria y el Sol. Full Pirate Regalia is encouraged.


• Saturday, May 3^rd
• 09:00 Continental breakfast on the porch for show entrants
• 09:30 Blessing of the Festival on the Porch
• 10:00 Festival officially opens to the public, please be show ready.
• 10:00 Music on the porch featuring Big Daddy O.
• 10:00 Judging of the boats begins.
• 11:00 Josephine Volunteer Fire Department and the Lillian Optimist Club serves local cuisine
• 12:30 Skipper's meeting for sailboat race on the pavilion of the Point Yacht Club.
• 13:00 Sailboat races on Arnica Bay in front of Pirates Cove.
• 13:30 Children's Treasure Hunt
• 14:00 Music by Bo Roberts and the Port City All Stars.
• 15:30 Paddle and Row Race
• 18:00 More music by Moonshine Babies


• Sunday, May 4^th
• 10:00 Show reopens to the public.
• 10:00 Music begins with Scott Bryan and Friends.
• 11:00 Wood Boat Show results announced
• 11:00 JVFD and Lillian Optimist Club food and beverage booths
• 13:00 Paddle and Row one more time.
• 14:00 Music by Rock Killough and the Dixie Flyers until 6PM. Race results when available.
• 18:30 Sunset and Benediction.
